The Alternative Board TAB^® is an international membership organization of select, small and mid-size business owners, presidents, CEOs and managing partners who substantially improve their business's and personal success by actively participating in professionally facilitated peer advisory groups (Boards).  TAB has Boards meeting in over 75 cities throughout the United States and Canada.  TAB was founded in 1990 by Allen Fishman seeking to provide a forum that allows Presidents answers to tough business issues.

TAB's method for helping leaders achieve success in their business is straight forward - work on your business, not just in your business.  TAB assists you work on your business by facilitating your monthly interaction with a group of peers, providing a monthly conference with your personal business advisor and assisting in the implementation of proven approaches to many common challenges.

Memberships number over 1400 and represent more than 42,000 employees at successful business with revenues ranging from under $1 million to in excess of $100 million.  TAB has been working in Indianapolis since 1997.
