- We can also use Confidential 360o feedback from subordinates, peers and customers to assess individual effectiveness.

- Building on the Success Discovery ProcessTM with the President and the subordinate, we facilitate a structured discussion - a Triad process - to improve communication, motivation and management of key individuals
