Indianapolis -TAB President’s Boards                                                                          

TAB President - Owner/Operator Boards
Designed for the owners who are key producers in their businesses' daily operations and whose companies employ less than 10 people.  The Boards meet for 3 hours each month and members meet monthly with the facilitator for a 1-hour private session.  Members select topics for both meetings and private sessions, but private sessions tend to be focused on the step-by-step process of developing and implementing the company’s business plan.  Meeting topics typically center on marketing, finance, and operations and human resource issues.

(Limited to 10 members per Board.)

 TAB President - CEO Boards
Designed for the executive who spends most of his/her time leading and managing the business. The Board meets for 4 hours each month, with a monthly 1-hour private session on a subject chosen by the member.  Meeting topics typically include management and human resource development, succession planning, organizational culture, quality improvement, marketing and business strategies.
 

(Limited to 12 members per Board.)

 TAB President - Chairman Boards
Designed for executives who function as a managers of managers, whose business is at least  $10 million in revenues and who have 10 years executive experience; or whose prior experience is in running a large organization and rapid growth in the current company is anticipated. Discussions typically include the impact of social and economic trends, competitive strategy, executive and organizational development, mergers, acquisitions and capital markets. The Board meets for 4 hours each month, followed by a 1-hour topic based lunch. A monthly 1-hour private session is on a subject of the members' choosing.
