Jeff Norkin has been a TTI Distributor since April 1998. In addition to his TriMetrix™ System Certification he is certified in the three component assessments - Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values™ (PIAV); Behavior (DISC); and the Personal Skills or Attribute Index™.
Jeff's competence was further recognized by his selection as a TriMetrix Best Practices Panelist at the TTI Winter Winner's Conference in January 2004.
Jeff's experience with the TriMetrix™ System and the component assessments ranges from employee hiring and selection, to business unit team building to executive coaching.
Jeff's background includes executive, general and operating management experience in very larger as well as large companies. His interest in the TriMetrix™ system stems from his General Management experience and the gap these tools fill in improving executive team and individual performance.
