Our Business Advisors have careers of progressive responsibilities in major corporations including successes in key staff and general management assignments and each has over fifteen years experience working with small companies in central Indiana. They are experienced and capable of assisting with a wide range of business challenges. We find business owners have strong competencies around their products or services, we can assist with helping plan for and operate the “business” side of being in business.

Planning and goal setting are proven basics of sound management. We offer Direction Setting, within which we assist the owner and key management team to develop a focused action plan for the forward 12 to 18 months.

Our experience has been that small growing companies’ biggest challenge is finding and managing people. We offer a series of products including HireSmart^SM and TriMetrix® to help define jobs, the success characteristics of jobs and assist in the selection of appropriate candidates.
